Our client, a global company in the engineering sector, is currently looking for a HR Manager to join their dynamic team.
The Role
As a HR Manager, the role involves providing strategic and operational HR support to meet the organization's needs, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, engagement, development, and performance management. Key responsibilities include acting as a business partner to the Management Team, developing HR policies and programs to foster a positive work environment and high-performance culture, and implementing compensation and benefits programs across Southeast Asia, Pacific, and Taiwan. The role entails managing recruitment activities, overseeing talent review and development, driving the organization's performance management process, and developing training plans to support business objectives within budget. Additionally, maintaining HRIS to meet evolving needs, conducting regular HR reporting, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations in the region are critical aspects of the position.
Your Profile
The position requires a candidate with at least 10 years of HR experience, covering Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Relations. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field is essential. The candidate must have experience managing in a global environment across diverse geographies and cultures, as well as a proven track record in developing and facilitating organizational and talent development programs alongside business managers. Computer literacy, especially in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is crucial, along with expert knowledge of employment law.
