- To achieve and grow assigned categories sales in line with the company objective.
- Follow up on payment collection and resolve dispute (if any)
- Work closely with operations and merchandisers to ensure timely execution based on activities planned for key customers.
- To maintain strong relationships with existing/new customers to explore opportunities to expand distribution.
- To identify opportunities for portfolio expansion with existing or new customers
- Track and provide market intelligence info on competitors activities and New Product Developments.
- Support New Product Developments launches.
- Kueh and Pastry sales and distribution strategies via various channels (such as retail, F&B and e-commerce etc)
Requirements:
- Minimum education qualification - ITE education
- Service and people-oriented individual
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
- Committed and passionate in building business.
- Computer literate – Microsoft Office
- Preferably 1 years of sales experience in the retail / F&B industry
