Job Summary:
The Senior Manager of Warehouse and Cold Chain Management oversees the Warehouse, Transportation, and Order Processing. They lead strategic initiatives, manage projects, and ensure business continuity. They focus on meeting customer needs, driving results, and gaining support from stakeholders. They manage resources efficiently to improve profitability.
Salary: $9,500
Responsibilities:
- Business Administration Operations: Drive revenue growth, develop growth strategies, ensure business continuity, foster a value-based culture, ensure compliance, and lead high-performing teams.
- Business Process Improvement: Provide strategic leadership, plan for long-term growth, identify and address operational issues, and improve business processes.
- Safety and Health: Set workplace safety strategies, assess risks, promote safety, and address non-compliance.
- Technology Application: Lead organizational transformation projects.
- Sales and Customer Service: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, develop business plans to expand markets, and address customer needs.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of SAP/Warehouse Management System (WMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Power Platform Applications.
- Diploma/Degree in a logistics-related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
