Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and administration to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirement
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring that contracts are accurately reflected, adhered to, and renegotiated as necessary to meet changing business needs.
- Review contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to stakeholders to mitigate risks and optimize contractual arrangements.
- Ensure that contracts comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards, monitoring changes in laws and regulations that may impact contract terms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and records, including contract databases and repositories, and generate regular reports on contract status, performance, and compliance
- Collaborate with legal, procurement, and other relevant departments to support contract negotiations, providing guidance on contractual terms, pricing, and other key provisions.
Requirements
- Min a diploma in business administration, contract management and other related.
- Typically, 2-5 years of experience in contract management or a similar role is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate and advocate for the organization's interests during contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers, clients, and other parties.
- Excellent analytical skills to review and analyze contract terms, identify risks and opportunities, and make sound recommendations to stakeholders.
