Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Pre-Owned Cars department, ensuring sales targets and profitability goals are met.

- Oversee acquisition, pricing, and merchandising of pre-owned vehicles.
- Work closely with Marketing department to implement effective marketing strategies to promote sales.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in automotive sales management, with a track record of success in pre-owned vehicle sales.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent knowledge of the automotive industry, including pre-owned car market trends and regulations.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
