Responsibilities
- Provide support for after-sales service, including installation, commissioning, and repair of laboratory, research, and analytical equipment.
- Offer technical consultation to customers.
- Troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions within specified timelines in response to customer requests.
- Prepare service reports.
Requirements
- Possess at least an ITE/Higher NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated individual with a results-oriented approach and good business acumen.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in service or maintenance.
- Experience with medical imaging equipment is advantageous.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle is a plus.
