A part of our team, you will be responsible for communications initiatives that support our business strategy and nurture a distinctive PRU culture among employees and our Financial Consultants.
Job Description:
- Create highly sharable content for internal platforms including articles, posts, video and photos, and manage an editorial calendar
- Review and edit internal communications from other departments
- Develop corporate content including presentation decks and speeches
- Work closely with business units on producing regular employee and Agency updates
- Support organisation of key corporate initiatives including employee and Agency townhalls, visits from regional/global/government stakeholders, and any other major events

Competencies & Personal Traits
- Excellent writer
- Experience in organising large-scale events
- Good visual storyteller with experience in creating video content/ designing presentations
- Hands-on experience with publishing tools
- Must enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment and be confident working with senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of insurance industry would be an advantage
Working Experience
- 3 to 5 years of corporate communications experience
Education
- Preferably a Degree in communications, journalism or related field
Language
- Strong command of the English language
