ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create new projects in SAP based on the defined scope and objectives.
- Coordinate with Project Managers to gather and consolidate project requirements.
- Upload detailed project plans and budgets into SAP.
- Work closely with finance and project management teams to ensure accuracy.
- Regularly update project plans and budgets as required.
- Develop and implement WBS structures within SAP for new and ongoing projects.
- Ensure alignment of WBS with project management methodologies and company standards.
- Administer timesheet processes for regional projects.
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of project hours.
- Coordinate resource allocation and utilization across global projects.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly project reports.
- Ensure that all documents are current, accurately categorized, and easily accessible.
- Work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a PMO environment with SAP project systems or similar ERP software
- Proficient in project planning and WBS structuring
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices
- Familiarity with timesheet administration and resource management practices.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for a global, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
