Job Responsibilities:

• Understand restaurant functions, policies, and employee duties.
• Assist the Manager in operations, customer management, and revenue goals.
• Manage opening, operating, and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety policies.
• Foster positive guest relations and maintain store cleanliness.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the restaurant team, monitoring staff performance and implementing company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate services for both kitchen and service to improve service quality.

Job Requirements:

• Min. diploma in any industry or relevant years of experience.
• 1 - 2 years of experience as bar supervisor at Bar & Restaurant industry.
