Job Info:
- Salary: Basic $2800 - $3500 + AWS + VB
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday (7:50am - 4:55pm)
- Location: Tuas Link MRT (Company transport pvd at designated pick-up point Island wide)
Job Scope:
- Support the Engineer/Supervisor in implementing MBO initiatives to achieve departmental KPI aligned with the Business Plan and Division Objectives
- Collaborate with the Engineer/Supervisor to enhance processes for Yield, Quality, and Productivity, and provide engineering assistance for assigned processes, including support for new product integration and other cross-functional projects
- Execute improvement initiatives, including cost reduction, yield enhancement, and productivity optimization, while also participating in MBO activities
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production line issues by collaborating with QA and Production teams
- Collect data and generate technical reports to validate customer product qualifications and ensure process integrity
- Aid Engineers in process development and optimization efforts by conducting DOE and subsequent analysis
- Support prototype initiatives, including the introduction of new products, packages, processes, substrates, or lead frames
- Assist in drafting technical reports for customer product qualification, process assessment, and DOE analyses, ensuring clarity and accuracy in documentation
