Working Location: Islandwide
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
Salary: $11.50 per hour
Work Period: Immediate till end March / April 2024 (subject to further extension based on performance)
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming enquiries over the phone (No sales involved)
Requirements:
• Only Singaporeans.
• GCE A Levels and above
• Proficient in English and a second language so as to converse effectively with different groups of customers
• Excellent team player who is task-orientated
• Possess Good Customer Service Skills
• Training will be provided
• No prior experience is required.
