Responsibilities:
· Generate new ideas for brand promotion, drive leads and increase brand awareness
· Conduct market research to gather insights on target audience, industry trends and competition
· Support the planning and execution of events and trade-shows
· Help maintain and update company website, marketing collaterals and social media platforms
· Communicate with external vendors and partners to execute marketing initiatives
· Contribute to brainstorming and idea generation for new marketing initiatives
· Provide general administrative support & other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the sales & marketing department
Requirements:
· Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field
· Excellent written and verbal communication skill (English and Mandarin to communicate with mandarin speaking clients)
· Strong attention to details and meticulous
· Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Highly organized and able to multitask effectively
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in Design Software, such as Canva, Photoshop
