Job Description
- Responsible for the effective management and operation of Patients’ Registration counters including billings and collection matters.
- Process, respond to requests and handles all general enquiries & feedbacks received from patients
- Answer incoming telephone calls from patients, clinics and other organizations and deal with enquiries providing non-clinical advice and information.
- Perform chaperon activities in the absence of the porter. Provide a wheelchair to the patients where and when necessary.
Job Requirement
- At least 1 years' experience in a customer service role preferably in a hospital environment
- Pleasant personality and service oriented
- Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Team player
- Permanent night shift (4 On 3 Off)
- Candidate must be willing to work on permanent night shift
- Working hours:
Night Shift : 9:00 pm to 7.30 am
