Responsibility:
Staff is responsible for smooth hospital operations, display consistent excellent service level to patients at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Smile, maintain eye contact and greet all patients coming and leaving hospital.
- Offer direction/assistance to desired location with open palm.
- Assist patients with their baggage and/or belongings from the taxi stand or from/to their vehicle during admission/ discharge.
- Enquire purpose of visit, assist with obtaining queue numbers and advise of necessary documents for admission.
- Accompany the patients to their respective wards or the delivery suite after the completion of the admission process.
- Operates wheelchair lift as and when required.
- Station at main entrance of TMC, Concierge Counter, Information counter and provide assistance such as crowd control during discharge time, directional assistance to patients/visitors amongst others.
- Provide assistance to patients seeking location of our tenant clinics including those of our other clinics located in the -Novena areas and our other peripherals clinics.
- Assist to receive hospital items such gift packs to patients, do stock-take, help to deliver to patients at the ward and keep record of hospital inventory items.
- To support/cross coverage for fellow colleagues from Concierge and Bellman when they are on meal breaks, sick leave, annual leave etc.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
