Assistant Security Manager

We are one of the pioneer Security Agencies in Singapore, having established ourselves in 1985. As a multi-award-winning enterprise and one of the leading providers of security services, we are looking for suitable candidates to grow and achieve with us.

For this role, we are looking for an Assistant Security Manager to assist our client in their security needs.

He/ She will be reporting to the Regional Head of Operational Security directly.

Candidates should be open to normal working hours with flexibility to work outside of it during events and as and when required.


Roles and Responsibilities

1) Security Strategy and Procedures Implementation

  • Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with our client's guidelines and practices.
  • Regularly review and update security protocols to adapt to evolving requirements of our client.

2) Risk Assessment and Mitigation

  • Conduct security assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats to personnel, facilities, and activities.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and implement risk mitigation measures, including physical security enhancements, emergency response plans, and crisis management protocols.

3) Security Coordination and Liaison

  • Serve as the point of contact for security-related matters and liaise with external stakeholders, including government agencies, law enforcement, and security partners.
  • Develop and maintain incident response procedures to effectively manage security incidents.

4) Security and Safety Awareness

  • Promote and create security awareness through regular communication and dissemination of relevant information on security threats and preventive measures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety recommendations and rules of our client.


Requirements

  • Excellent ability to analyse situations, provide measured judgement and takes good initiative and is responsive to incidents and events.
  • Fluent and strong command of English and French is preferred.
  • Excellent communication with good problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to interact well with both external and internal stakeholders along with good self-presentation.
  • Certified in First Aid will be added advantage.
