Job Responsibilities :
Join a highly performance and results driven sales and marketing team in the exciting world of gaming hardware, software and services. Be closely integrated into the Regional Sales Team, Regional Product Evangelist and Regional Marketing team and work on sales data preparation in varying scale.
This individual role is to help sales organization run effectively, efficiently and in support of business strategies and objectives.
- Coordinate data collection and set up business analysis tools
- Aggregate data from a comprehensive suite of sources while maintaining reporting accuracy
- Process all relevant key figures for the regular reports to our stakeholders
- Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic business
- Ensure sales process adoption and compliance, in additional, identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and system to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency
- Performance tracking vs. plan (Sell-In, Sell Out & Inventory, product category performance, etc…)
- Work with MIS department to select and implement tool for reporting / business intellengnce
- Set up and maintain accurate pricing records in AP region
- Contribute to improve Sales Forecast accuracy through tools improvement and trend analysis
- Participate in Weekly Operation Calls with Regional Sales team if required
Pre-Requisites :
- At least 5 years’ experience in business/data analytic, preferably in IT Industry, Consumer Electronics, Gaming, Retail, or management consulting industries
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Data Science & Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong capabilities in EXCEL is preferred and have knowledge on programming languages/tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Office, Google Suite or HTML
- Affinity for numbers and complex data environments
- Ability to concisely summarize and visually present data and key findings
- Fast & willing learner, can work in a matrix environment requiring the candidate to work with a wide range of stakeholders
- Proactive and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
