Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads from various sources, including academic institutions, libraries, research organizations, and individual researchers.
- Customer Engagement: Reach out to potential customers through email, phone calls, and online platforms to introduce our online education research content and understand their specific needs.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct virtual demonstrations of our research content, showcasing its features, benefits, and usability to potential clients.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and sales presentations to effectively communicate the value of our research content.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the online education and research industry to identify new sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma
- Possess strong communication skills with a good understanding of online research platforms and Work Operating Systems
