Responsibilities
- Take orders from call/email.
- Issue DO, invoices & filing.
- Assist in co-ordination with relevant parties for smooth deliveries.
- Any ad-hoc & admin support duties assigned by superior.
Requirement
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and experience in admin support.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with customer.
- Candidates must possess at least “N” or “O” level, professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field.
- Must take initiative and able to work independently.
- Relevant experience or no experience are welcome.
Additional Information
- On-the-job training
- 5 days week
- Monday to Thursday (8am – 6pm) Friday (8am – 5pm)
