Responsibilities:
- Attend to projects enquiries and prepare quotation to follow up with customers
- Conduct presentation of sample scans to prospective customers
- Provide technical support to customers
- Liaise with technical team to ensure servicing, maintenance & repairs of instruments are met with the required standard
- Planning and co-ordinate all projects processes
- To uphold high organisational values and ensure business ethics and integrity
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘O’ Level OR Diploma Level
- Apply basic negotiation skills and techniques
- Possess vehicle license will be advantageous
- Establish good business relationships for customer confidence
- Respond/Resolve customers’ concerns and feedback promptly
- Possess AutoCAD knowledge
- Preferably with knowledge/experience in 3D scanner on Hardware and software
- Knowledge of FARO SCENE software & 3D software processing will be advantageous
- Possess knowledge of Building Information Modelling [BIM] will be advantageous
- Training will be provided for those without experience
- Salary will commensurate with experience
