The Key Account Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining executive relationships within large and dynamic corporate accounts- Hotels, Restaurants, Government Facilities and Hospitals. Your key responsibilities will include developing and leading value-added sales strategies, optimizing account profitability through product and service initiatives, strategic pricing and P&L analysis & maintaining a healthy pipeline of new business leads and driving relationships to fruition.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate and strategic customers that impact Ecolab’s success, including developing strategies that drive growth and profitability for both Ecolab and our customers
  • You’ll hone your influencing skills as you partner with field sales to ensure the delivery and execution of our customer commitments.
  • Manage a portfolio of Corporate Account relationships in a specific country and execute appropriate sales strategies to achieve your growth targets
  • At all times represent Ecolab with the highest level of professionalism across all aspects of Account Management
  • Develop and establish customer executive relationships to understand their business drivers and priorities
  • Identify customer needs and leverage Ecolab solutions and innovations to create value, communicate our impact and capture our fair share of that value for Ecolab
  • Partner closely with Field Sales to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support, deepen customer relationships and identify potential growth opportunities
  • Collaborate across our businesses to identify new opportunities and serve our customers as One Ecolab
  • Manage a prospect pipeline to ensure sustained and healthy growth for your division (Institutional)
  • Negotiate contracts with major/key customers/institutions

We are looking for a passionate Key and Corporate Account professional who can demonstrate:

  • Sales experience in the Hospitality industry would be highly regarded
  • The ability to develop lasting relationships at an executive level
  • able to manage team
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and a service-oriented approach
  • A proven track record in managing large corporate accounts
