DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting with repair & maintenance issues for stores, head office and central kitchen including but not limited to machines, furniture and outlet fixtures.
- Daily communication with managers for repair issues and to be cascaded to relevant technicians promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date technician maintenance movement and follow-up on outstanding matters.
- Maintaining all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.
- Arrange technicians to conduct preventive maintenance of all equipment to detect and resolve problems on daily basis.
- Planning and managing equipment & installation activities for store opening according to equipment layout.
- Application of passes for contractors & vendors for entry to restricted areas.
- Application of phone lines & credit card terminals for new store opening.
- To inform & update accordingly all vendors for new outlet openings.
- Overseeing spare parts stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.
- Ensure that contract is in place for aircon, plumbing & pest control.
- Ensuring that electrical licenses for stores are updated & renewed on yearly basis.
- Liaising with external vendors on daily basis for quotations.
- Liaising with mall management for outlet related matters including permit-to-work applications.
- Ensuring that monthly maintenance reports for stores are submitted to the relevant stakeholders as per request.
MAIN QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILL AND ABILITY
- Diploma Level, preferably with operational experience
- Analytical and organisational abilities
- Able to work in a team
- Able to manage a fast-paced work environment
- Able to standby on alternate weekends for urgent calls
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
