- 12+ years of IT industry experience, of which 5+ years of ERP program / project management experience, Oracle Cloud implementation preferred
- Greenfield ERP implementation experience involving multiple countries / entities
- Able to plan and execute project plan independently and efficiently, managing timelines, user expectations
- Able to deliver projects meeting both financial and operational targets, and contractual requirements.
- Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
- Good people management skills, collaborate with multiple stakeholders effectively, able to motivate and assist team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, technical architecture, and integration with external systems
- Experience working in Global delivery model
- Develop and manage project timelines, working alongside US and implementation partner PM
- Coordinate and ensure project deliverables from Ichor are met (both business and IT).
- Identify and mange project risks, escalate any decision making as needed
- Prepare and present status report for key meetings (track leads, steering/executive committee)
- Organize project meetings to discuss progress, run key decision meetings, facilitate testing timelines
