PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following:
- Work closely with Director, Project to deliver the tasks given
- Liaise and coordinate with contractors
- Manage various contractors to deliver the projects including but not limited to mitigating any project risks, monitoring project progress, quality, and cost control
- Monitor the execution of the works by ensuring the required time, cost, quality elements and smooth handover are achieved
- Do paperwork and follow up on store construction
MAIN QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILL AND ABILITY
- 1-2 years of experience as a Project Executive preferably in F&B industry
- Knowledge in AutoCAD
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and numerous stakeholders ensuring high quality, deadline and budget are achieved
- Excellent communication skill
- Proficient in MS Office including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Power Point
- Able to work under pressure
