Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for implementation of Smart Estate Solutions for HVAC, Power Management, Water Management, Lift/Elevator, and Integrated Workspace Management tools.
- Design, plan, and handle testing, commissioning, software programming and conduct site visits for BMS on project plan, specifications, and contract documents against the agreed-upon schedule.
- Assist Manager in project schedule, budget cost control, scope of work, progress reports, resolve complex issues that may arise during project and documentation.
- Manage testing & commissioning activities for Smart Estate Solution and BMS system.
- Analyse, inspect, and review implementation problems to meet customer demands.
- Feedback to development teams on product implementation and support issues for product improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computing Science or relevant disciplines.
- At least 2 years Operational Technology experience i.e., BMS, open bus protocol, control engineering, etc.
- Knowledge in commercial and industrial building equipment operations; preferably with good knowledge of Facility Management.
- Experience in automation control systems in various applications, including commercial buildings, industrial buildings and data centers, etc.
- Must have broad based experience of computer systems and MS Office applications, including computer setup, network setup and basic knowledge in network security.
- Ability to analyse building or industrial services plant and chilled-water plant operational data.
