WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO:
- Responsible for billing and payment matters. OWNERSHIP to manage corporate P&L with budgeting, revenue projection and ongoing monitoring and reporting to management team;
- Assist in the preparation and review of the management accounts reports, keep track of key business indicators to monitor business performance;
- Optimize existing processes and workflows to reduce deskbound hours and join us to be the advocator of working smart;
- MANAGE corporate audit and tax matters, develop and deepen relationship with business partners and counterparties;
- Engages and provide administrative support to recruitment, employee engagement, office policy administration, employee benefits, employee activities, performance management, etc;
- In charge of payroll administration, ensures compliance with Singapore payroll regulatory changes, processes filing, and payment of statutory payroll withholding taxes/social security contributions to relevant government authority;
- Responsible for office administration and general duties and be an invaluable member of our close knitted team with open culture;

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT
- Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience in full set accounting and familiar with payroll processing.
- Experience with XERO, JustLogin or any other accounting and HR systems will be an added advantage.
- Ability to automate/optimize processes creative solutions.
