We, Finexis Asset Management (FAM), are a fund management company that holds a Capital Markets Services License to provide fund management services under the Securities and Futures Act, Singapore, regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

You will be leading and participating in strategic projects to gain first-hand exposure in the running of the company and play an essential part in the company’s present and future.

WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO:

  • Responsible for billing and payment matters. OWNERSHIP to manage corporate P&L with budgeting, revenue projection and ongoing monitoring and reporting to management team;
  • Assist in the preparation and review of the management accounts reports, keep track of key business indicators to monitor business performance;
  • Optimize existing processes and workflows to reduce deskbound hours and join us to be the advocator of working smart;
  • MANAGE corporate audit and tax matters, develop and deepen relationship with business partners and counterparties;
  • Engages and provide administrative support to recruitment, employee engagement, office policy administration, employee benefits, employee activities, performance management, etc;
  • In charge of payroll administration, ensures compliance with Singapore payroll regulatory changes, processes filing, and payment of statutory payroll withholding taxes/social security contributions to relevant government authority;
  • Responsible for office administration and general duties and be an invaluable member of our close knitted team with open culture;

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

  • STRONG and EFFECTIVE verbal and written communication, enjoy building personal and professional relationships.

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

  • Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience in full set accounting and familiar with payroll processing.
  • Experience with XERO, JustLogin or any other accounting and HR systems will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to automate/optimize processes creative solutions.
