Responsibilities
- Responsible for the supervision of Outlet Manager, Assistant Manager and Baristas.
- Maintain set standard of quality, service, product and cleanliness.
- Enforce standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a profitable and reputable outlet.
Requirements
- Minimum O Level / N Level /ITE
- Minimum 4 years of F&B managerial experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-pace work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Able to commit to 6 days work week
