JOB PURPOSE
- Responsible for directing and developing Training Outlet Managers and Outlet Managers within the district in the daily operations, sales and customer service of the stores.
- Maintain positive company morale.
- Represent the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in a professional manner.
- Fulfil any duties assigned by superior.

REQUIREMENTS
- Work Full time and expected to work overtime, as needed to perform duties and responsibilities.
- Transfer district locations, as needed.
- Participate in special events, as needed.
- Available for emergency assistance.
- Attends Management meeting at the Corporate office when scheduled.
MAIN QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILL AND ABILITY
- Minimum 3 years Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf store management or prior retail/food service Assistant District Manager experience.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
