Assistant District Manager

JOB PURPOSE

  • Responsible for directing and developing Training Outlet Managers and Outlet Managers within the district in the daily operations, sales and customer service of the stores.
  • Maintain positive company morale.
  • Represent the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in a professional manner.
  • Fulfil any duties assigned by superior.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Sales & Customer Service
  2. Store Operations
  3. Employee Development
  4. Product Knowledge
  5. Visual Presentation of store

REQUIREMENTS

  • Work Full time and expected to work overtime, as needed to perform duties and responsibilities.
  • Transfer district locations, as needed.
  • Participate in special events, as needed.
  • Available for emergency assistance.
  • Attends Management meeting at the Corporate office when scheduled.

MAIN QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILL AND ABILITY

  • Minimum 3 years Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf store management or prior retail/food service Assistant District Manager experience.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Well organized and detail oriented.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
