Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer.
  • Efficiently manage CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documentation.
  • Consolidate information for meetings and assist in the preparation of management reports and presentation slides.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings and conferences, including logistics and venue arrangements.
  • Attend CEO meetings at various Goldbell facilities and accurately minute discussions and action plans.
  • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for the CEO.
  • Handle personal matters for the CEO with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the finance or related industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Well-presented, confident, and detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Quick-witted with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player with a high level of integrity.
