Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer.
- Efficiently manage CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documentation.
- Consolidate information for meetings and assist in the preparation of management reports and presentation slides.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings and conferences, including logistics and venue arrangements.
- Attend CEO meetings at various Goldbell facilities and accurately minute discussions and action plans.
- Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for the CEO.
- Handle personal matters for the CEO with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the finance or related industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Well-presented, confident, and detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Quick-witted with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player with a high level of integrity.
