We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team at Steelcase Singapore as a Customer Service Representative for Logistics. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing customer relationships, overseeing specific order processing workflows, and addressing any open issues on orders with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via telephone to understand their needs, actively seeking solutions to address their requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer requests, addressing specific logistics, pricing, or product requirements.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge to provide advice and customer support.
- Cultivate market knowledge to foster strong customer relationships.
- Handle order amendment requests in SAP.
- Process order entries and address general customer inquiries received through email, fax, and EDI in SAP, ensuring appropriate changes are made to meet customer needs.
- Generate, modify, and maintain customer master data.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written). Ability to communicate clear, concise information relating to products, processes, and existing orders and issues as needed.

- Good logistics knowledge is necessary.
- Customer Service Skills: product knowledge, quality focus, problem solving, market knowledge.
- Knowledge of processes and organization of industry and logistics.
- Team collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments such as Finance, Quality, and Logistics to fulfill customer requests.
- Equivalent experience in the same field.
