Your Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to focus on the channels and market for the assigned territory in the South East Asia and South Asia region.
What Will You Do
- Report directly to the Sales Director.
- Focus on the channels and resellers market for the assigned territory in the South East Asia and South Asia region.
- To develop and maintain long-term relationships with our distribution partners, providing them with sales support, product training, and marketing materials.
- To identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads, expanding our customer base and market share.
- To achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives, ensuring profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
- To demonstrate and showcase our products and solutions to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
- To collaborate with the internal teams on product development, pricing, inventory management, and technical support.
- To gather and report market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
- To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
What Do We Want
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or IT or Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in distribution sales or channel management in Tech, IT industry or related field.
- A technology savvy with interest in IT industry, particularly in the area of Data Communication, Power Backup products and Gadgets.
- Have experience in B2B platform will be added advantage.
- Have clear understanding of market trends and current potential competitors.
- Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work independently with strong sales drive.
- Willing to travel frequently within the region.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
