Main Responsibilities
- Ensure stock receiving in accurate quantity and price.
- In charge to solve good discrepancy issue from multiple outlet.
- Coordinates with other departments internally, on stock availability and delivery schedules and to maintain tight inventory control.
- Ensure system showed latest pricing and accurate lead time provided from vendor.
- Ensure on-time delivery of purchased items and services.
- Processing invoice within short notice period.
- Maintain the filing system of purchasing records.
- Ensure procurement procedures and policies are followed.
- Carry out ad hoc assignment as instructed by Management.
Requirements
- āNā/āOā level, or Certificate or equivalent in Purchasing/ Materials/ Supply Chain Management
- Effectively multilingual in order to liaise with Chinese speaking outlet person in charge and vendor.
- Basic knowledge in Food and Non Food item.
- Positive work attitude.
- Good administrative and problem solving skills.
- Entry level candidates are welcome.
