Responsibilities:
- Supports administrative tasks related to digitalization project.
- Data entry and cleaning of data for system migration, cleansing exercise and project evaluation.
- Liaise, coordinate and follow up with stakeholders for IT UAT and IT requirement discussion.
- Continuous monitoring and data cleaning with Salesforce system.
- Assist in statistical submission and ad-hoc reports.
- Minutes writing for meeting.
- Supports general administrative duties within Caregiver Support Services .
- Any other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline, preferably in IT related courses.
- Meticulous with data entry and competent in Microsoft Excel.
- Prior experience in the use of Salesforce system will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated and good team player.
- Able to work under pressure with deadline submission.
- Good attention to details.
