Assistant, Administration (1yr contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Supports administrative tasks related to digitalization project.
  • Data entry and cleaning of data for system migration, cleansing exercise and project evaluation.
  • Liaise, coordinate and follow up with stakeholders for IT UAT and IT requirement discussion.
  • Continuous monitoring and data cleaning with Salesforce system.
  • Assist in statistical submission and ad-hoc reports.
  • Minutes writing for meeting.
  • Supports general administrative duties within Caregiver Support Services .
  • Any other duties as may be assigned.


Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline, preferably in IT related courses.
  • Meticulous with data entry and competent in Microsoft Excel.
  • Prior experience in the use of Salesforce system will be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated and good team player.
  • Able to work under pressure with deadline submission.
  • Good attention to details.
