Job Responsibilities:
- Proposal and designing of innovative automation system machine for factories.
- Data collection of initial machine test run to meet specification and produce quality products.
- Communicate & coordinate closely with vendors and project team from machine concept design till implementation.
- Support in machine manual standardization pertaining to maintenance and safety.
- Support factories on new/transfer equipment/jigs/tools, improvement, modification, troubleshooting and overhaul machines to meet OEE goals.
- Support and train BATAM local technician within department and Factories.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in factory automation machine design.
- Experience in semiconductor process will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in 3D CAD design. (Preferrable Autodesk Inventor)
- Able to design machine/jig for factory automation.
- Able to work independently and self-driven. Analytical and good problem solver.
- Good communication and project management skill.
- Flexible & adaptable, able to work under pressure with tight delivery schedules.
- Able to travel to BATAM and oversea when project assigned.
- Proficiency in English. Understanding Bahasa Indonesia or Japanese is an added advantage.
