As a Senior Pre-Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success by contributing as part of the pre-sales team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to effectively support the sales process, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds its targets. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills and business acumen.

Job responsibilities
1. Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement pre-sales strategies to support the sales team's efforts in achieving revenue targets.
- Collaborate within pre-sales team to align efforts with the overall business strategy.
- Act as a solutions SME representing SenseTime at internal and external events.

2. Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Assess customer strategic needs and discover key business requirements to propose SenseTime products, solution and services, articulating advantages and compelling business value.
- Design tailored solutions and process transformation recommendations to meet current and future business needs.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the pre-sales process.

3. Technical Expertise:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services and be able to convey their value to potential clients.
- Conduct business-focused discovery sessions, presentations, demonstrations proof of concepts and pilots
- Work with various teams on event / demo preparation, setup and support
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the company's offerings.

4. Proposal Development:
- In charge of curating persuasive and customized proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the sales teams to create compelling materials.

5. Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and provide pre-sales support.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics to close deals.

6. Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Provide input on pricing strategies and competitive positioning.
