Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare instructions for loan disbursement, issuance of securities, loan rollovers and derivative settlements.
  • Notify investors/lenders of drawdown, new issuance, rollover, payments, corporate events.
  • Process daily transactions of securitization/structured finance business in accordance with transaction documents and establish rules and procedures.
  • Process cash transfer, SWIFT payments, system data input and clerical duties.
  • Communicate with customers, paying agents, marketers, back office, credit and risk departments related to transaction processing.
  • Provide administrative and cross-team support.
  • Maintenance of proper records of transactions documents, conditions precedent documents and other important documents and safe keep them in data/custody.
  • Perform reconciliation and ensure all transactions are completed in time without omission.
  • Prepare various reports to internal/external parties.
  • Handle regular/adhoc reporting for risk management purpose.
  • Prepare control card for credit administration and on-going operations, as well monitor due dates.
  • Support deal closing/execution, including transaction documentation check, credit terms check.
  • Prepare and maintain proper records on transactions and administrative details of counterparties.
  • Support group compliance including preparation of regular reportings.
  • Support other team members' assignments

Job Requirements

  • University graduate and fluent in English. Better if the candidate has finance, accounting, business administration and/or similar background.
  • At least 2 years working experience in trustee, agency, middle office function or loan/ settlement operations in commercial/ investment bank. Better if the candidate has experience in structure finance area.
  • Required to have MS Office (Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint) skills. An added advantage if the candidate is capable of using Bloomberg.
