Working Days: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend (Fix Working Schedule)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and supervise a team of retail associates to ensure seamless functioning.
- Maintain smooth workflow across all workstations throughout the day.
- Uphold company standards, and SOP, and ensure staff work towards daily targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, cultivating a pleasant shopping environment aligned with our brand image.
- Manage store inventory, and promptly notify management of low stock levels.
- Train and facilitate the integration of new employees.
- Act as a key liaison between the office and store, collaborating closely with management for effective store operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in fashion retail as a retail manager.
- Passion for the retail industry, excellent communication, and strong leadership abilities.
- Service-oriented, hands-on, with adept customer handling skills.
- Independent yet a team player, possessing a pleasant personality. A self-motivated learner with high initiative and a willingness to grow.
- Ability to adapt to changes and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills, preferably with knowledge of e-commerce.
