Job Description
- Manage a team of 3 to 5 designers
- Manage design projects and timeline
- Guide designers on design concepts
- Scheduling of designer’s work load
- Write and respond to new briefs and brief designer
- Check in on designer’s WIP
- Check Designers’ work and review
- Send to Project Managers in powerpoint slide format / PDF for proposals
Skills and Experience
- Graduated from design based courses
- Have at least 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in related industry (Design/Events/Print)
- Intermediate knowledge and skills in Adobe Suites (AI, Indesign, Photoshop)
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography and branding
- Strong print production knowledge is an added advantage
- Knowledge and skills in video production will be a bonus
- This is hybrid position
