Job Description
Main Responsibilities
-Report to the Restaurant Manager
-Support and assist the Restaurant Manager in managing the restaurant
-Monitor labour and F&B costing matters
-Conduct daily checklist
-Take order, clearing and table setting
-Constantly obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction
-Lead a team of captain/service crew to ensure the smooth operations of the restaurant
-Attend to customer complaints (if any)
-Handle cashiering duties
-Update GRN and perform e-Procurement
-Assist in bi-monthly stock take
-Assist to upsell promotions and PGR membership
-Assist to do banking duties
-Constantly motivate & cultivate a team spirit in the restaurant
-Maintain utmost service standards and discipline/grooming among the service staff
-Guide and train new/existing Service Crew
-Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures
-Deputise in the absence of the Managers
-Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
