• Processing travel expenses and reimbursements for Managing Director
• Assist delivery coordinator to ensure deliveries are fulfilled and delivered to customers on time.
• Maintain and update company's website
• Responding to emails and other correspondence to facilitate communication and enhance business processes
• Taking notes and dictation at meetings
• Working with senior management to initiate new projects and assist in various processes
• Performing general office management (e.g Addressing staff feedback, managing of staffs leave)
• Monitoring and maintain sufficient stock for office supplies consumables e.g., stationery, pantry items
• Organizing , scheduling and supporting meetings and events, including taking minutes of meetings where required
• Managing calls, emails, mails, courier services and attending to visitors
• Maintaining filling of hardcopy documents and keeping proper record of the respective softcopy
• Handling all office- related matters and documentations
