We are currently looking for a Manufacturing engineer for an operations support project to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.
Key Attributes/Responsibilities
Contribute to formulating operational protocols for upstream or downstream operations, spanning from raw material dispensing to the conclusion of the manufacturing process.
Take charge of and carry out multiple Change Records (Planned events) within the designated area to generate new Batch Records and Standard Operating Procedures for Production.
Offer assistance in assessing Change Records and reviewing GMP documentation.
Be accountable for providing assistance to designated manufacturing operations by devising, coordinating, and executing small to medium-sized projects to ensure planned, consistent production operations in compliance with GMP regulations.
Lead and implement Continuous Process Improvements, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), and Change Records within the assigned area.
Provide both routine and ad hoc support for planning, coordinating, executing, and enhancing the performance of key manufacturing processes such as product changeovers.
Lead project teams in addressing medium to complex issues and promoting continuous process improvement. Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) with input from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and develop and implement changes to enhance performance.
