Overview:
- Develop a business strategy to ensure growth of overseas and local healthcare professional (Nurse, AHP, Doctor) placement in Singapore
- Meet team recruitment matrix and ensure smooth operation and achieve service deliverables.
- Expand business partnership with overseas partners to ensure consistent supply of relevant talents recommendation
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans and initiatives to meet the nursing / AHP needs of clients.
- Manage and lead a team of recruiters and provide guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high-performance levels.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs, business objectives, and industry trends.
- Conduct market research to identify potential candidate sources, and industry-specific events.
- Utilize various recruitment methods, such as direct sourcing, networking, and advertising, to attract qualified candidates.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, job postings, and recruitment activities in the company's applicant tracking system.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in nursing (healthcare) recruitment
- Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Familiar with the relevant employment laws, regulations, and policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Willing to travel as needed for recruitment events and/or job fairs
- Resourcefulness and drive to achieve individual and team targets (daily activities)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player
