Responsibilities:
· Prepare program with the understanding of drawing details, customer specifications and requirements.
· Create set-up sheet with tool list and cutting parameter to assist production team to achieve its production quotas with quality and safety guidelines.
· Conduct monthly update of program once the program is tested, generate setup sheet for each parts as required.
· Ensure all program, set-up and tooling list is generated as per company QSM and engineering SOP.
· Assist to review and approve of all program sheets.
· Assist in any other duties as necessary.
Requirements:
· Familiar with the application of CAD/CAM Software, Solidworks and PLC Programming
· Hands-on experience in Fusion360 will be advantage
· Interpretation of BOM and Drawings
· Good knowledge in milling tooling and machining process
· Minimum 3 years experiences in CNC Milling manufacturing with 2 years experiences in 4 - 5 axis programming.
