Salary: S$2200-S$2500

Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in Shipping Documentation.
Experience in import/export documentation
Experience in Trade net/Tradeweb for permit processing
Familiarity with customs regulations

Prepare import/export documentation
Coordinate with clients and vendors for transportation arrangements
Manage shipment schedules and progress
Ensure compliance with customs regulations
Maintain accurate shipment records
Work with stakeholders on shipment status
Implement cost-saving measures for efficiency
Resolve shipment issues promptly
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
Handle ad hoc/administration duties
