HR
- Responsible for Work passes applications and renewals, medical check-ups, etc, for workers
- Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower for workers-related issues
- Updates of employees database, leave records, organization charts and personal files
- Administer training-related matters, update and maintain training record etc
- Manage company insurance, i.e., vehicle insurance, medical insurance and workman compensation
- Administer claims such as hospitalization, work injury compensation, etc
- Assist in payroll processing and salary administration
- Attend to and complete HR related surveys from various government agencies
- Submissions of all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, childcare Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters, etc
- Familiar with Employment Act and HR-related policies
Admin
- General administrative duties, maintaining filing system
- Photocopy and scanning of documents
- Office maintenance and manage office supplies/stationery
- Handling emails and letters correspondence
- Assist in generating invoices and AR Statement
- Assist in simple accounting-entries
- Assist in payments preparation and monitoring of incoming funds
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Formal HR training most preferred
- Bookkeeping knowledge will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Good organizational skills
- Independent, meticulous, responsible with positive working attitude
- Good command of spoken and written English
