Experience in Migration Projects implementations for Secured and Unsecured Loans for Retail and Commercial banking; experience in Philippines market in similar roles a plus
Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Planning the overall program, monitoring the progress, and managing the budget, ensuring progress against important milestones where consistent and coordinated implementation is required
Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, executive management, and external vendors. Ensure clear communication, manage expectations, and build strong relationships
Work closely with Temenos and the System Integration vendor to drive alignment between their outcomes and program objectives
Monitor and manage risks associated with the program and taking corrective measures
Provide comprehensive reports on program progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management and other key stakeholders.
15 Years+ experience & experience in Banking is a must.
Should be willing to work from Philippines as and when needed
