Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and establish relationship with existing clients
- Handle assigned projects and carry out fulfilment of job orders
- Drafting of job advertisements and post on job portals / social media platforms
- Sourcing of candidates using various search / posting methods
- Review job applications, conduct screening and interviewing of candidates to assess suitability for the job roles
- Achieve monthly given KPI target given by Management
Requirements:
- No experience is required, training will be provided
- Motivated and sale-driven
- Able to handle stress and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management skills and great interpersonal skills
