Digital Product Manager (1 year contract)

As a Digital Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of banking by leading the development of innovative digital products and services. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital product strategy aligned with the bank's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality digital products
  3. Transaction Reporting: Design and implement robust transaction reporting capabilities to provide customers with real-time insights into their financial activities, enhancing transparency and trust.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including design, engineering, marketing, and compliance teams, to drive collaboration and ensure successful product delivery.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance and success of digital products, leveraging data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience 8 in digital product management/business analyst within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of transaction reporting requirements and experience implementing reporting solutions (EMIR, MIFID, CFTC, MAS)
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Agile mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
