· Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
· Ensure planned KPI's of efficiency & performance are met or exceeded.
· Track competencies of subordinates & provide leadership & development as required to achieve objectives.
· Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
· Determining problem resolutions and implementing improvements.
· Developing and implementing cost-saving measures and quality control systems.
· Ensuring manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations.
· Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, such as efficiency and speed.
· Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources.
· Any ad hoc duties requested by supervisor / manager.
