Job Description
1. Implement the Company’s E-Commerce strategy and ensure that all E-Commerce activities are consistent with the corporate image.
2. Support Buyers in the onboarding of merchandise onto the online platforms.
3. Manage product listings, price points and inventory levels of online merchandise.
4. Meet online sales targets by improving the merchandise assortment of our online platforms and participation in online campaigns.
5. Update the webpages of our online platforms and upload e-newsletter content to communicate the latest information and events to the customers.
6. Initiate and support digital and social media marketing for the online platforms.
7. Manage and analyse E-Commerce KPIs (website traffic, conversion rate, cancellation rate, order fulfilment rate, sales, etc) as well as compiling data for information reporting.
8. Support Buyers on inventory control to housekeep data on retail system and reduce inventory discrepancies.
9. Be proactive in improving the user interface and user experience of the online platforms.
10. Assist with order fulfilment and support in-store sales events and stock-take.
11. Other duties as assigned by Superior from time to time.
Requirements
* Degree or Diploma in Business/Retail Management or its equivalent.
* At least 2 years work experience.
* Knowledge in E-Commerce and Merchandising will be advantageous.
* Possess good communication and negotiation skills.
* Working Hours: Monday ~ Friday 9.00 am - 6.00 pm
* Work Location: Isetan Scotts Office
* Report directly to : Division Merchandising Manager-Merchandising Control
