The Sales Support Billing is primarily responsible for generating invoices timely.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To perform Data Entry, Job Creation and Billing
- Liaise with inter-department and customers for timely submission of documents
- Verify calculations and match details against contracts to ensure that agreed rates, chargeable weights are accurate
- Ensure ad-hoc shipments are created and updated promptly
- Accurately to minimize disputes and discrepancies
- General Administrative or any Ad-hoc duties/tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- Completed Secondary School
- Possess relevant experience in billing support
- With or without experience can apply
- On-job training will be provided
